This hotel is in a great area of Palermo, right in the city center. The location is perfect, with most interesting places within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful, providing great service. The rooms are comfortable and have air conditioning that works well. The breakfast is complete and includes a delicious natural juice served in a beautiful glass cup.

The hotel is close to bus and train stations, making it easy to explore the city and visit the main historical places.

Convenient location for tourists to explore the historic city, with nearby shops and ice cream parlour. Hotel is situated in a 1900 building with old style elevator. Family trip offered advantageous 3-night deal. Weak wifi and repetitive breakfast, but clean rooms with basic facilities, good double glazing, working air conditioning, and helpful staff. Basic hotel at a good price in a great area.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just opposite Piazza. It is a great place to go for a night out and is close to all attractions, the city center, and the train station. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with receptionists who speak English and are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide selection of local sweets and other options.
The only downside is that there is a small additional cost for the city/climatic fee.

We had a fantastic stay here! The best aspects were its cleanliness, hotel facilities, location right at the city centre, and the helpful staff. It is close to the main railway station, all attractions in this city, and just opposite a great place to go for a night out called piazza 'vucciria'. The breakfast was tasty and they offered three types of croissants.

This hotel is in the center of Palermo, making it easy to walk to all the interesting places in the city. It's conveniently located just in front of the station, so you can easily travel around Sicily by bus or train. The rooms have access to a terrace on the roof, which provides a lovely view. The breakfast is complete with a variety of options, including a delicious natural juice served in a beautiful glass cup.

Great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing us with extra amenities when needed. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious.
The rooms were severely lacking in comfort. The beds were uncomfortable and made up of two single beds pushed together, causing discomfort during sleep.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions. Clean hotel with a safe and secure environment. Reasonable price and good value for money.
The rooms were basic and dated, in need of updating. Bathroom fittings were not in good condition, with slow draining sink and sticky toilet flush button.
