The staff are very friendly and helpful, providing great service. The rooms are comfortable and have air conditioning that works well. The breakfast is complete and includes a delicious natural juice served in a beautiful glass cup.

Family trip offered advantageous 3-night deal. Weak wifi and repetitive breakfast, but clean rooms with basic facilities, good double glazing, working air conditioning, and helpful staff. Basic hotel at a good price in a great area.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just opposite Piazza. It is a great place to go for a night out and is close to all attractions, the city center, and the train station. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with receptionists who speak English and are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide selection of local sweets and other options.

The only downside is that there is a small additional cost for the city/climatic fee.

We had a fantastic stay here! The best aspects were its cleanliness, hotel facilities, location right at the city centre, and the helpful staff. It is close to the main railway station, all attractions in this city, and just opposite a great place to go for a night out called piazza 'vucciria'. The breakfast was tasty and they offered three types of croissants.

Great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. the staff was helpful and accommodating, providing us with extra amenities when needed. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious.

The rooms were severely lacking in comfort. the beds were uncomfortable and made up of two single beds pushed together, causing discomfort during sleep.
